Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on LandRoller.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

International orders will be shipped using either Fedex or US Postal Service, depending on prevailing rates and availability.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

• Orders are shipped on business days only by Fedex or USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
• You will be charged for all items the day the order is placed.

International Customers and Customers in Hawaii/Alaska

We do not offer size exchanges or returns for our international customers or those outside of the Continental United States. If you would like to order a different size or item(s) please revisit our website at www.landroller.com/storeto make a purchase.

Also, all International customers are responsible for paying the customs/duties/taxes that are charged by your country. The international shipping charged by LandRoller is solely for shipping and handling from our warehouse to your respective country and does not include any of the above mentioned fees for taxes/duties/customs.

Size Exchange (Continental United States Orders Only)

For our Continental US customers, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the skates to LandRoller including shipping and insurance. All Refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

Any items that are returned and are not in “like new” condition will not be eligible for a refund. Skates returned that show any signs of wear on the boot or wheels will not be eligible for a refund. If the customer requests to have the used items sent back, the cost of shipping will be covered by the customer and not LandRoller Inc.
You must obtain a RA code by calling 1 (310) 376-5077 or email us at Customer Contact before returning your LandRollers for a size exchange. LandRollers received without a RA code will not be eligible for any type of size exchange. Skates that are returned for a size exchange while having wheels or boots that show any signs of wear will not be eligible for a size exchange. LandRoller cannot accept skates returned with wheel wear or otherwise in used condition. Skates that are returned in used condition are not eligible for size exchange or refund.

If you are exchanging your LandRoller skates purchased from LandRoller.com’s web store, due to a sizing issue, please follow these basic steps:

• Please ensure to return the skates in “like new” condition and in the LandRoller package that you received. Size exchange must be completed within 14 days of purchase. As indicated in the enclosed documentation that you received with your LandRollers, it is important that you try on your skates to ensure proper fit on a clean indoor surface (hardwood floor, tile, carpet or your cellar may provide the needed space and will keep the skates in like new condition).
• Clearly indicate: your order number, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the skates at our online store, and the new size that you would like sent out.
• Provide a current e-mail address, daytime and evening phone numbers, and both the billing and mailing address so that we can provide you with feedback.
• All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure full credit.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return. It will help us track your skates and allow us to track inventory if you send us an email to sizereturns@landroller.com once you have sent your like new condition skates. We can not accept size returns for used skates. Please include a tracking number and any special remarks/comments in your e-mail.

We will contact you via e-mail once we receive the LandRollers and once again when we ship your new LandRollers out.

If you purchased your LandRoller skates from another online store or a brick & mortar store, please follow their return policies.

Returns for a Refund

Skates are NOT available for a trial skate of any kind. Any wear will render them unreturnable. Customer assumes responsibility for shipping cost for skates that have failed inspection.
It is important that you try on your skates to ensure proper fit on a carpeted surface. We accept returns only of like-new skates and only within 14 days of purchase. We will not issue a refund if we receive skates that have wheels or boots that show any signs of wear. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

If your LandRoller skates are in the condition as described above then you must obtain a RA code by calling 1(800) 705-4665 or email us at Customer Contact before returning your LandRollers for a refund. LandRollers received without a RA code will not be eligible for any type of refund.

Manufacturer Warranty

Our goal at LandRollers is to produce safe products that are free of any manufacturing defects. Our skates are made at some of the finest skate making facilities in the skating business. Our skates undergo strict testing and quality control. Despite this, sometimes defects can occur.

If you believe your LandRollers are subject to defect under our manufacturer warranty, please take the following action:

• Identify the problem and send an e-mail towarrantyreturns@landroller.com. You will receive a response within 2 business days. If we can not determine a faster, better solution we will have you ship the entire pair of skates, back to the address identified below. However, if the problem is one that we are able to fix by sending out a replacement part, we may (and reserve the right) do so. We will make every effort to get you back on your LandRollers as soon as possible.
• In the event we determine that we need to replace your skates, we will send you out a prepaid shipping label. Listed below are steps will ensure a timely response on our part and allow us to get you out a new pair of LandRoller skates:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Packing list, please include your order number, billing name, a current e-mail address and both your current billing and mailing address with the item.
- We will send you an e-mail once we receive your LandRollers and once again when we send out your repaired LandRollers.
