Warranty Information

LandRoller Mojo skates and are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, LandRoller will repair or replace, at LandRoller’s sole discretion, any defective product or parts. The warranty only covers the defective part and not the complete pair of skates. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, impact (such as striking a curb, rail, road hazard, etc.), abuse, grinding rails or other “aggressive” tricks, improper use, accidents, storage, or modification. This warranty does not apply to normal wheel, bearing or brake wear. The warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. A sales receipt is required as proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase is available, the warranty period shall be from the date of manufacture. All warranty issues in the United States should be addressed to LandRoller, Inc. directly and not to the store where the LandRoller skates were purchased. This warranty will become void if the original product has been modified in any way. Once a product has been returned to us, our warranty professionals will evaluate it. If LandRoller determines the problem is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, and is within the warranty period, LandRoller will repair or replace the skates (with an identical or equivalent model) at our discretion.

Skates are shipped back to LandRoller, Inc. at customer expense for evaluation. Replacement skates or parts will be returned to the customer at LandRoller’s expense. Replacements made under this warranty extend only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Skate Responsibly: Maintain control at all times and always wear proper protective gear. LandRoller’s sole responsibility from this warranty is limited to replacement of defective products or parts. Under no circumstances shall LandRoller be held liable for death or injuries, damage to property, or for incidental, contingent, or consequential damages or expense arising from the use of LandRoller products.
