I really love this design. I bought a pair at one of the local Sharper Images here in San Diego. It took a lil while for me to get used to the sharper turning radius compared to other inline skates. I'm wondering if you will have wheels with a harder compound. The lake that I rollerblade around isn't as smooth paved as sidewalks. So I wore the front tires pretty quickly. Also wondering if you will have different bearing speeds like a "Swiss" type or "Abec-9" type bearing. I know this is still a new skate. So hopefully in the near future there will be more options for it. Also more colors. Other than that...I love the skate. People always come up to me and ask me where they can get a pair.

I\'m very familiar with skates, having started back in the day when \"inlines\" were beginning to create a buzz.
Compared to them, the LandRoller \"out of lines\" are great. The all-too-important boot is the most comfortable I\'ve ever used. The Rock of Gibralter couldn\'t trip-up these oversized wheels. The heel-brake system is the time-test best way to go. Every time I use them, I get stopped to answer a bunch of questions. My top two answers \"You get them online\" and \"Yes, they are safe.\" Drop Apollo\'s name, and well ...., they\'ve gotta have a pair.

I was really excited to get my Landrollers and when they came in the mail I immediately took them out for a test run. I must say I've never been stared at so much in my life. Some people stopped to ask me about them but most passersby looked dumbfounded. These things attract the opposite sex better than puppies. But I love the way they ride! I can go over cracks and bumps without fearing for my life. I noticed the difference right away and now I take them out every day! These things ae great!

I was super-excited when I got these. Of course I had to take them to my local riding spot, the strand in Manhattan Beach, to try them out right away. They really are very stable and the larger wheels help a lot when the path has cracks or other problems. The smooth ride is almost like gliding on ice. No wonder Ohno uses them. I love these skates and I also enjoy the attention and comments from other skaters...even bikers have talked to me about them while riding. I would recommend them to any inline skater looking to upgrade or to a new skater. You might as well start with the best! Thanks Landroller!!!

I am 43 years old and had never been able to learn to roller skate, needless to say I never tried roller blades. A friend of mine told me about the landrollers and I immediately went to the website to check them out. I'm an engineer and was instanly impressed by the design. I got my landrollers about two weeks ago and I'm already skating around the neighborhood, wow what a feeling. With just a few hints from my friend and neighbors I was able to get around on my first day. I did fell a few times but the more time I spent on them the easier it gets. I would recommend this skates to any beginner, if they work for me I'm sure anyone can roller skate on these. Great product!!

First of all, these LandRollers are awesome. The feel is much more dynamic and clean compared to rollerblades. I take my dog on 6 miles rolls a day and knowing the wheels won't lock if I hit a rock makes me feel good, especially when my dog Otis and me are really flying. They also glide much better than inline skates. And lastly, the boot itself is solid and beefy, which makes for more confidense in going fast. Good job.....
