If you selected second day shipping your order will normally be shipped the same day if placed before 12 pm (noon) PST. If the order is placed after 12 pm PST, it will be shipped the following business day. 2nd Day delivery is guaranteed by DHL to arrive the second business day by 7 pm. 2nd Day does not include Saturday delivery. If you live in an apartment complex, condo, or community living space and would like to require a signature for reception, please include signature requested in the comment section below.
