Keith McNamara
Chief Executive Officer
KEITH MCNAMARA, Chief Executive Officer, met the LandRoller team in 2004 as he was performing due diligence for West End Partners, a private equity and advisory firm with offices in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. Keith joined LandRoller in July, 2005 and served as the CFO of LandRoller until he assumed the CEO role in April 2009. At West End Partners, Keith served as a Vice President and Principal. Additionally, he was formerly the CFO of West End Partners Imaging, a WEP portfolio company, which he sold to a Fortune 100 company. In addition, Mr. McNamara has held senior finance and management positions at Toyota, Cendant Software, SkyView World Media and EarthLink. He has been involved in the structuring of complex debt instruments, equity investments, turning around business units, and the acquisition of technology and consumer product companies. Also, Mr. McNamara has had P&L and line management responsibility for divisions with revenue of $500MM.
Keith received a BS in Business-Entrepreneur Program from the University of Southern California, a Masters in Human Resources Management from Chapman University (Overseas Program – Seoul, Korea) and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA with concentration in Strategy and Finance. When not working @ LR Corp in Hermosa Beach or out raising capital, Keith enjoys surfing, coaching his children in youth sports, tennis, bridge and naturally “LandRollering” just about anywhere.

Erik Van Der Palen
Director of Design
ERIK VAN DER PALEN, Director of Design, is a graduate of the apprentice program of Mercedes Benz in Stuttgart, Germany, and the Industrial Design School at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Calif. Dutch-born Van der Palen came to America to work for the noted futurist, Syd Mead, and has since accumulated more than 20 years of industrial design experience, with clients ranging from individual inventors to Hilton Hotels, Princess Cruise Line and noted architectural firms.
Prior to joining LandRoller, Van der Palen was part of a select design team at the Walt Disney Company expanding the Tokyo and Orlando Disneyland facilities. Van der Palen is a recognized world-class craftsman, a lifelong skater and a restorer of classic California architecture.

Bert Lovitt
Founder
BERT LOVITT, Chairman & Founder, is the co-inventor of LandRoller’s inclined wheel technology. Mr. Lovitt has several other successful inventions to his credit, including “Movie Lights,” a lighted shoe technology which he licensed to Sketchers Footwear, and the Space Case, a unique display case technology licensed to Caseworks International. He has developed products for the Windmere Corporation, Mattel Inc, Playmates Toys, Senator Pens, Timex, and LA Gear. He was educated at Tulane University and the University of Vienna and graduated from the School of Cinema at the University of Southern California.
He has been a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences since 1991.
